Now we are talking... cafe latte popsicles

This is a great way to use up left-over coffee (or have an excuse to brew more):
  • 8 oz. of espresso or a large cup of strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 of condensed milkBailey's Irish Cream (well, why not?)

Makes about 6 portions.

While coffee is hot, pour the yogurt, condensed milk and Bailey's. Stir to combine. Put in popsicle molds and in the freezer. Once solid, enjoy poolside.
