Sure they are convenient, but Tightwad's advice is to steer clear of individual containers (eg. 12 x 25g portions) - it's the most expensive way to buy yogurt. Instead, pick up large tubs of yogurt that contain at least 650 grams and pre-portion out for lunches. You'll not only save money, but also reduce waste. If you want to get really virtuous, buy plain yogurt and add fruit or nuts when you pre-portion it. Then you'll be healthier, too.
