An entertaining ah-ha moment!

Tightwad loves to watch the Food Network and recently she had a "ah-ha" moment courtesy of Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa. Not only does Ina have awesome tips for easy side dishes, she gave a tip that is so obvious, but brilliant: when hosting a dinner party, consider what you making in terms of what is needed to cook it. Only make one thing that needs to be cooked in the oven, a few stove top items and something that can be served cold. So simple! Don't get yourself in a mess trying to juggle too many dishes that need to be in the oven - that is, unless you are lucky enough to have a double oven, and then you are just plain fantabulous anyway.
