It's so easy, yet a lovely gift. You will need: 4" containers of pretty spring blooms, a pair of pinking shears, brown paper lunch bags and ribbon; or embellishments optional.
Instructions:
Cut bag to about .5" or a little less above the container height with the pinking shears
Put plant in bag (still in the container)
Wrap ribbon around and tie in bow; go the extra mile and curl it
Embellish as you wish, perhaps with a card or name tag
Easy, right? Primroses are nice because they can but planted in the garden and will come back next year, same with any bulbs. Stay tuned for frugal Easter tip #2!
