Get out the tissues, this idea is really sappy... and just might hit the spot. Buy a pretty lined journal (that will appeal to your partner or they won't use it) and write a romantic entry for your honey on the first page. You both can exchange it every so often with thoughts of gratitude, love and whatever thoughts you want to commit to paper. I know, right?
