Save time
and save gas money. It's easy - start a list and go from there. You’ll be able to batch your errands when you plan ahead, instead of forgetting to return books to the library or pick up some lemons. Banking, dry cleaning, returning videos, picking up prescriptions… all of these activities can be done at once with a little preparation ahead of time to get you off in the right direction.

Great reminder. With gas on the rise, it''s always good to get all of your errands done in one trip if possible. I always start at the furthest place and work my way back to the house so there's no route overlap.
I try to do this to the extent possible. Sometimes I do have to pick Kat up from school as a single errand. It's too far for her to walk and not far enough for her to ride a bus, and I can't leave her there! But I try to work all my other errands around my trips to her school.
