Olive oil: budget beauty

Mediterranean gals know it ... and now Tightwad girls know it too. Olive oil is a frugal and enviro way to help boost complexions, lustre in hair and skin care in general. Slather it on! Olive oil is one of the best, most inexpensive way to moisterize your cuticles, nail, hands, lips, and hair.

For a moisture-soaked bath, slip some in the tub, and try rubbing oil into your nails for softer cuticles.

Olives oil nourishes, conditions and improves the strength and elasticity of your hair. Rise your hair with warm water. Warm one teaspoon of olive oil in your palms and gently massage into your hair using your fingertips. Come out of the shower and cover your hair with a towel, letting the oil percolate and work its magic for at least half an hour. Get back in the shower, rinse and shampoo as usual. Style, and knock'em dead.

Agreed, Olive oil is the best beauty product...ever! Moisturizing, healing, and conditioning. I make a scrub from it as well and about once a week I use it as a deep conditioner in my hair. Gonna make some olive oil beauty recipes at zeh blog one day...
